All orders over $100 ship FREE.

Shipping times vary depending on your country of residence.

  • United States: 3-5 days
  • Canada: 3-5 days
  • Europe and Asia: 5-9 days
  • Rest of the World: 5-9 days

All products are shipped from our local US, EU, AU, CA warehouses, and partner warehouses overseas whenever out of stock.

Some distant areas can take a bit longer, and sometimes there are delays out of our control, but we’ll get your products to you!

  • The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the processing time.
  • Deliveries might take longer than expected because of the incorrect shipping addresses, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Shipments to Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US Territories might be subject of delays.

It is recommended to provide a phone number during checkout in order to avoid any delays should our carriers encounter any issues during delivery.

Please make sure to provide the accurate address when ordering. The items shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded. If such issue arises make sure to contact us as soon as possible so we can be able to resolve this.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
