Returns & Refunds Policy

Please read this Returns Policy carefully prior to making a purchase.

90-day money-back guarantee

  • a.) A full money-back even on used products after 6 treatments. This requires that you have sent us your before and after photos, and told us about your case in detail, and it's been approved.
  • b.) Free returns within 90 days on all purchases, assuming products are in their original, new and unused condition. (Used products like opened/used serums, needleheads and devices are deducted from the refund depending on what's used.)

* No re-stocking fees are applied on any return orders.

 

Return Process:

Follow the steps to make a return:

  1. Write an email to support@miaderma.co, requesting a return and telling us about why you are not satisfied with our products.
  2. Our customer care team approves your case.  You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number which must be included with the return so we can easily identify your parcel. (Any return received without a Return Authorization Number may be rejected.)
  3. We will print you a return label. Return costs will be handled by us.
  4. Once we receive the product, we'll inspect it to see the condition.
  5. We approve the return and send back your money.

You receive 100% refund on the condition that items that are new, intact and unused with their seals intact.

 

You have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

  • Returns, Exchanges and Refunds requests be initiated within 90 days upon receiving your order to qualify.
  • Returned Product(s) must be in new unused condition (not physically broken or damaged) and perfectly clean. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return, original packaging, user manuals, inserts and other printed documents.
  • You must provide us a photo of the item received to show its new, unused with the seal still intact upon opening a request.
  • Purchase is returned and received at the return address provided to you within 14 days of opening a return case.
  • Any shipping costs you may have paid upon ordering are non-refundable.
  • Any products damaged as a result of external factors, e.g. due to bad handling by the customer, are not covered by this return policy.
  • MiaDerma reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate this policy, or, in the event of policy abuse, exclude customers from its application.

  

Returning Condition

Due to our strict infection control protocols and hygiene reasons, for the protection of our customers, all our products come sealed. Product(s) and original outer packaging must be new and unused, in sealed, undamaged packages, and in a resalable condition. Once this seal is broken and the package is opened, we can not accept returns unless the Micro-infusion Device, Needleheads or Serum is deemed faulty from manufacturing.  

If product is returned used, damaged, or with broken seals, this will be deducted from your refund.

 

Returning Time Frame

Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of purchase date. Returns, other than faulty items, must be received at the return address provided within 14 days from the date of return request was approved.

 

Restocking Fee 

A return re-stocking fee will not be deducted from any orders. 

 

Refunds

Both full-priced products and discounted products are eligible for a refund or store credit, at customer's preference.

Full-priced items are eligible for refund or store credit.

 

Discounted and Promotional Code Purchases

Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order eligible for a refund or store credit.

 

Free Gifts with Purchase

Upon return, customer is obliged to return any physical items that came with their original order. Any items that came free with an order, if not returned and in new condition, will be deducted at retail price. This does not include any digital products.

 

Return Shipping

MiaDerma will pay for all return shipping costs expenses within the United States of America.

Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable. MiaDerma takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by MiaDerma.

 

Returns approval

All returns need to be approved by MiaDerma support prior to sending the item back. You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number which must be included with the return so we can easily identify your parcel. Any return received without a Return Authorization Number may be rejected. 

 

Processing Time For Returns and Refunds

We endeavor to process returns and refunds as soon as possible, typically within 1 or 2 business days. But in busy periods, please allow up to 7-14 business days for your return to be processed.

Prior to any refunds being processed, we are required to receive the returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements stated in this policy.  

You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return.  If your return has been approved, then again you will receive an email that your refund has been completed.

 

Defective/ Faulty  

We thoroughly quality test all our products prio to sending, all our serums batches are issued lab reports. However, in case you have received a defective product, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Should your product be faulty, please contact our Customer Care team support@miaderma.co with the below and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible and provide you with a free replacement:

  • A description of the issue you’re experiencing
  • Order number/ purchase receipt
  • Images/ video of the fault 

If the product is deemed defective from manufacturing, we will organize a suitable replacement, and without significant inconvenience to you. We may only ask you to send the product back, at our expense, so that we can follow-up on the issue with our manufacturer.

 

Order Cancellations and Return to Sender

Once an order has been placed, it’s automatically sent to our warehouse for same or next-day processing. Due to the high volume of orders our warehouse receives, we may not be able to intercept the ordering to dispatch process. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled and retracted.

If you refuse the package or it is tagged as Return to Sender (RTS), this action will incur a 20% cancellation fee and will be deducted from your refund amount. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the items back from the courier at our warehouse. Please note that while we try to process all these cases within a few days, in busy periods RTS shipments can take up to 7-14 business days after your package is delivered to our warehouse to allow us time to receive, inspect, and verify your return and complete your refund.
